Through repetition, students develop balance, control, and precision.

KATA

Forms
Structured sequences that preserve the principles of Kyokushin. Kata builds focus, discipline, and understanding.

Ido Geiko

Moving Training
Kihon applied in motion. Students learn to move, react, and execute techniques with fluidity and control.
